TERM & CONDITIONS OF PAYPAL GIFT VOUCHERS

The terms and conditions for selling, buying and redeeming Merchant Gift Vouchers via PayPal are important to review.     View the full Terms and Conditions here.

Here are a couple of examples of the most important terms and conditions:

Recipient Cancellations: Gift Voucher recipients can cancel their Gift Voucher within 60 days of the purchase date and have funds refunded to the purchaser.

Refunds: Refunds on Gift Vouchers that were purchased using a credit/debit card will have the face value credited to that credit/debit card. Refunds on Gift Vouchers that were not purchased using a credit/debit card will be placed into the purchaser's PayPal account.

Expiry: Gift Vouchers do not have an expiry date.

Requirements: Merchants have the right to refuse a transaction. Many merchants require a Confirmed address, which could require that a credit card and billing address be entered.
